Has anybody had issues with linking their accounts? I logged out once and upon logging back in I lost my new account which had a newly acquired Keqing. So wanted to play this but this is a dealbreaker for me.
It seems to me that education has a two-fold function to perform in the life of man and in society: the one is utility and the other is culture. Education must enable a man to become more efficient, to achieve with increasing facility the ligitimate goals of his life.

If you unlinked or something, the account still exists, just as a username/password only. If you still have that handy, you should be able to log into it. I guess it happened when I logged out and then registered under the same email. It started a new account and wiped my old one. this is really old but thank you so much! i thought i lost my account and ever since then i was at such a huge loss because of everything on my account. just found it today and i feel so happy! I have a similar problem. I created an alt account but when I tried to log back into my main account, it doesnt work. I roughly know my password for my main account with Venti, but when I try to login using email, it makes a new account. I cant link my account to my email because when I try to make a miHoYo account with genshin, it says that username already exists. I dont want to lose my account. Is there a way to fix this issue?
